Community Support

Giving back

We have always believed it's important to help our local community. We are proud to be working together with HIMD.
A local organization which is committed to help Maasai girls and other vulnerable youth.
A part of our profit is donated to HIMD.

The HIMD rescue center

The rescue centre from Himd is located on the outshirts of Arusha town. This rescue centre offers help to masaai girls who had to leave their homes because they were forced to marry an old maasai man at a very young age (starting from 8 years old!). At the centre girls get a chance to finish their primary and secundary school. And after that they can choose a study like 'Early childhood education', 'Secretary', 'Tourism'  or anything they like!  Also the centre offers computer class, sewing class and life skill training. The center depends completely on donations.

How we help:

  • Financial contribution for food, medicine and school fees
  • Textiles for sewing class
  • Other supplies needed for the centre
